The Salesforce ecosystem includes, among other things, a highly esteemed IT cloud, a continuously expanding universe of applications on AppExchange, and AI solutions, all of which collectively create a one-stop shop for customer relationship management.THE WORK:Leading Salesforce Data 360 implementationsWork as part of an integrated Accenture and client team, defining, architecting, designing, delivering and deploying Data 360 based solutions to our clientsGathering, understanding and transforming business-use cases into an actionable technical itemsSupport pre-sale activities including shaping and presenting solutions, and estimating and planning for deliveryLeading workshops and trainings; acting as a Data 360 advocateFlexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.QualificationHERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:Proven hands-on experience of at least 3 years with Salesforce Data 360 (fka Data Cloud, CDP) backed with Data 360 certificationExperience designing scalable data architectures on SalesforceUnderstanding of Data 360 credit consumption driversAbility to own an end-to-end Data 360 data lifecycle, covering ETL/ELT ingestion, transformations, data modeling, segmentation, activation, and API-based integrationsDemonstrated technical depth and hands-on experience with core Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse)Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (written and oral) and good interpersonal skillsResearch indicates that some candidates, especially the most diverse ones, may hesitate to apply for positions if they don't meet all requirements.
