Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Management

    • Timely processing and qualification of all incoming leads.
    • Conducting initial consultations and identifying client needs.
    • Updating lead status accurately in the CRM system.
  2. Client Calls and Meetings

    • Delivering product demos (SaaS / IT / restaurant solutions).
    • Conducting online and in-person meetings and presentations.
    • Handling objections and leading clients to a decision.
  3. CRM Management

    • Complete and timely logging of all data in CRM.
    • Recording all activities: calls, notes, tasks, follow-ups.
    • Managing the sales pipeline according to internal processes.
  4. Preparing Commercial Proposals

    • Creating tailored commercial offers for clients.
    • Sending proposals, tracking decisions, and following up on deadlines.
    • Working with pricing and packages.
  5. Cross-Department Collaboration

    • Constant communication with Project/Account Managers.
    • Working closely with the Technical Support Team.
    • Providing accurate handover details for new clients.
  6. Continuous Learning

    • Participating in regular internal training sessions.
    • Studying product updates, competitive landscape, and market trends.
    • Actively improving sales skills.
  7. Reporting

    • Preparing weekly and monthly reports according to internal standards.
    • Analyzing the sales funnel and forecasting results.
  8. Compliance with the Sales Playbook

    • Strict adherence to sales processes provided during onboarding.
    • Achieving KPIs and following operational standards.
  9. Participation in Events

    • Attending trade shows, seminars, webinars, and industry events.
    • Supporting event preparation and onsite activity.
  10. Support in Marketing & Sales Materials

    • Assisting in the creation of new client presentations.
    • Providing feedback to marketing on lead quality and client needs.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00.
