Your Role
- Own the Client, Drive the Growth
- Take ownership in identifying, pursuing, and securing new corporate client relationships
- Prepare, calculate, monitor, and negotiate client offers, tenders or request for proposals
- Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across clients and their supply chain
- Own the day-to-day management and maintenance of our CRM system (HubSpot)
- Deliver exceptional and proactive client service
- Coordinate the client onboarding process in co-operation with our Client Success Team to ensure smooth program roll-out
- Manage business relationships at all levels within the client organization
- Work closely with Product to shape new solutions based on client needs and market feedback
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Sales, Finance or a related field
- 3+ years’ in a client-facing, commercial role (Sales, Account Management, Client Success)
- Savvy and convincing communication and inter-personal skills
- Pro-active, self-motivated, and service-oriented mindset, able to collaborate with a highly professional team
- Excellent organizational capabilities as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in German and English – other languages are a plus
