About the project

Your responsibilities

• Active participation in all phases of automation projects (from identifying processes for automation, through designing and developing solutions, preparing documentation, to their testing, implementation, and maintenance).
• Expanding your skills by learning new technologies (we use various tools beyond RPA, including API, VBA, SQL, Python, .net, IDP, chatbots, etc.)
• Daily application of our best development practices and shaping them together with the rest of the team.
• Supporting our clients in technical and process matters.
• Assisting less experienced team members.
• For those interested, over time, other career paths are also possible – leading trainings, preparing infrastructure, programming, analytics, etc.

Our requirements

• • Experience in development with Blue Prism, enabling the creation of independent, fully testable components, and implementing bot architecture based on the Process Template (knowledge and experience in UiPath will be an additional advantage).
• Good technical skills and eagerness to learn new solutions.
• Logical and precise thinking skills.
• Thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Good collaboration with the rest of the team and our clients' employees.
• Proficiency in English at a communicative level (minimum B2).
• Responsibility and commitment to tasks at hand.
