Romanian Tax & Statutory Specialist (F/M)

bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CTA) preferred, 3–5+ years of relevant experience in statutory reporting and tax compliance, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment, strong understanding of Romania tax principles and tax compliance requirements, experience working with ERP systems (SAP) and Statutory & Tax reporting tools (Workiva), solid knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural team environment, proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Romanian language is preferred
