Anforderungen
3–6 years of experience in retail credit risk / credit policy / credit operations, Experience with unsecured lending products (cash loans, credit cards, BNPL), Good understanding of credit risk assessment for individual clients, Knowledge of scoring models, credit bureau data, and SQL, Familiarity with the Polish banking sector and consumer lending regulations, Fluency in Polish and English, Strong analytical and communication skills, Proactive approach and ability to work cross-functionally, Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
