Senior Release Manager (ITSM / Deployment)Location: Gdańsk / Gdynia / Warszawa (Hybrid, 2–3 days in office)Start: ASAPWorkplace: Hybrid (office + remote)Language: English (C1)Contract type: B2BRate: 125-145 PLN per hourAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Release Manager responsible for planning and coordinating application and IT system deployments in a complex environment. This role covers end-to-end release management, working closely with technical and business teams to ensure safe and efficient change implementations according to organizational standards.Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate releases and deploymentsManage application deployment roadmapCoordinate multiple concurrent releasesPrepare and lead go-live and post-go-live activitiesManage change management processes in deploymentsOrganize and chair release decision meetingsCollaborate with development, testing, operations, and business teamsEnsure compliance with ITIL processesSupport system handover to operations teamsImprove release management processes and adopt DevOps best practicesRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in release, deployment, or project managementExperience managing IT system deploymentsExperience in banking or financial environments is highly valuedKnowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)Proficiency with Jira and ConfluenceExperience with CI/CD and deployment processesBasic understanding of DevOpsAbility to manage multiple tasks and dependencies simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent English (C1)Preferred:Experience in enterprise environmentsExperience in transformational projectsFamiliarity with ITSM tools such as BMC HelixWhat We Offer:Work on large-scale deployment projectsCollaboration with technical and business teamsReal impact on IT process quality and efficiencyOpportunities to grow in release management and DevOps areas
