Your responsibilities

• Drive the design and implementation of complex features and system components
• Contribute to architectural decisions and evaluate technical trade-offs
• Ensure high quality, scalability, stability, and observability of delivered solutions
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and technical debt
• Collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers
• Support knowledge sharing and promote engineering best practices
• Contribute to AI-driven initiatives, including LLM integration and agent-based systems

Our requirements

• Min. 4 years of experience with Kotlin
• Basic experience and strong interest in AI-driven solutions, specifically LLM integration and Agentic Systems/Frameworks
• Ability to design and implement complex features and system components
• Strong ownership of delivered solutions (code quality, stability, scalability, observability)
• Experience making architectural decisions and evaluating technical trade-offs
• Ability to identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and technical debt
• Product-oriented mindset - evaluating technical choices through user impact
• High level of autonomy and accountability

Optional

• Hands-on experience with Cloud environments (GCP preferred) and Kubernetes
• Experience working in large-scale, distributed systems
• Cross-team collaboration experience in complex organizational environments
• Experience providing technical consultancy and knowledge sharing
