Regional Recruitment Consultant

We’re looking for a proactive Regional Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team and support recruitment activities across the Middle East & Africa region.

What you will do

• Source and engage top talent across the Middle East & Africa using a variety of search methods.
• Conduct interviews via phone and MS Teams.
• Manage candidates throughout the full interview and selection process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• Support the Team Lead with Account Management and Business Development activities in your region.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to wider regional projects as needed.

What we are looking for

• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are a strong plus.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Recruitment, HR/TA, Sales, or Business Development.
• Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential – we value attitude and potential just as highly.
• A true go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A genuine interest in the Healthcare industry or a strong motivation to build expertise in this sector.
