We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people. A detail-oriented individual who doesn't get lost among various schedules, processes, and time zones. Someone who'll play on our team with one goal — to bring the world's top A-Players to Revolut.Are you ready?What you’ll be doingSupporting the recruitment team with scheduling and coordination of recruitment activitiesScheduling timely interviews for candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones and locationsArranging talent assessment tests and follow-up on processTraining interviewersManaging clear communications with candidates during the process and after to ensure high quality candidate experienceWorking alongside recruiters to streamline and improve recruitment processesWhat you'll needCoordination experience with a preference in a recruitment/HR functionExperience working in a startup or fast paced environment Experience managing coordination for multiple calendars, events, or stakeholdersHigh attention to detail, along with a sense of ownership and accountabilityExperience with ATS or similar systemsExperience with Google or Microsoft SuitesExtremely organised, detail-oriented, and highly curiousDemonstrated ability in multitasking, prioritising, and meeting multiple tight deadlinesA team-player mindset with readiness to give and take new and constructive ideas and feedbackExcellent communication skills Data-driven approachHigh ambition, self-motivation, and passion about our visionCompensation rangePoland: PLN5,900 - PLN6,500 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
