Recruiter/Sourcer (12 months contract)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field., Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably within technical, engineering environments., Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing, including direct search., Experience working with an ATS, Workday experience is preferred., Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)., Fluency in both English and Polish., Proactive, results-oriented, and team-focused mindset., Strong organizational and time management skills., Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities., High level of integrity and discretion when working with confidential data., Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
