In this role, you'll get the opportunity to directly impact our growth through targeting, recruiting, and closing top talent. Reporting to the local Talent Acquisition Manager, you will partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand business goals and the people needed to achieve them, while keeping focus on candidate experience, efficient processes, and building Remitly's brand as an employer of choice.You Will:Oversee full-cycle recruiting, focusing mainly on software engineering and early in careers rolesPartner with your team and hiring teams to build sourcing strategies and workforce plan executionDevelop a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship managementEnsure a seamless experience for candidates from initial contact through onboardingUse your knowledge of the competitive landscape to execute recruiting strategiesManage to hiring goals, measure output, and iterate to ensure continuous improvementYou Have:3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experienceStrong sourcing skillsKnowledge of the tech recruiting space in PolandSuccessful multi-year tech full-cycle recruiting resultsExperience building relationships and working with executive leaders, employing consultative skillsExperience closing roles on different levelsExperience leading and facilitating meetings to promote positive business outcomesC1 English and Polish language skillsThis is a fix term contract role for 12 months.The base pay (gross per month) for this position is typically circa PLN 14,000.On top of the base pay, we offer additional benefits on this FTC:Hybrid working model (we have the office in a Kraków City Centre)26 days paid holiday + additional company days offCommute allowanceHealth/Dental Coverage – LUX MED VIP for employee and familyLife InsuranceTravel InsurancePluxee Lunch Card/Multisport CardEducation BudgetMental Health program for employeeFamily planning programEmployee Pension Plan (PPK)#Li-HybridRemitly is an equal opportunity employer.
