Background in Packaging, Engineering, Materials or similar fields, Tools: AutoCAD, 3D modeling, Rhino, Photoshop, Excel & PowerPoint, Knowledge of packaging materials (PS, PET, PP, PLA, paper/cardboard) and technologies (ISBM, EBM, thermoforming, labelling, end-of-line), Basic data analysis and statistical skills, Understanding of food packaging regulations and sustainability/recyclability, Proactive, solution- and business-oriented, Flexible, agile, continuous improvement mindset, Strong team player with good communication skills
