Quality Supervisor

Higher education – preferably technical, Minimum 5 years of experience in quality or process/eng. department – preferably automotive industry, Experience in a process department is a plus, Experience in customer relations and customer audits, Fluent in English, Proficiency in quality management software, tools and systems (e.g., IATF, PPAP, 8D, Six Sigma), Category B driving license and willingness to travel for business, High personal culture, Team-building skills, leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop employees, Capability to consider quality topics within a broader company management context, Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, High level of stress resilience and ability to work under pressure, Working closely and communicating with other departments – Production, R&D, Sales, Logistics, Maintenance, industrial Eng. etc., Self-driven person who likes independence and taking responsibility
