Quality Specialist - English Speaking

We are expanding our Quality Team and looking for a passionate and driven Quality Specialist who wants to make a real impact in a modern manufacturing environment. If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and collaborating across different departments, this role is perfect for you.

What You Will Do:

• Communicate with customers regarding quality requirements (complaints, reports)
• Participate in internal and external audits
• Analyze quality issues and implement corrective & preventive actions
• Monitor and analyze key quality metrics
• Oversee and support quality processes across the production area
• Create, update, and maintain quality documentation
• Contribute to improving and developing the Quality Management System

What We’re Looking For:

• University degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Department within a manufacturing company
• Knowledge of quality tools: 5Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D
• Ability to read technical documentation and drawings
• Strong English skills (minimum B2/C1 level – spoken and written); Polish is welcome but not required
• Nice to have: experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Analytical mindset and strong problem - solving skills (end‑to‑end)
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
