Quality manager (f/m/x)

Experience in a manufacturing environment (packaging industry experience is an advantage), Strong knowledge of production processes, High motivation and commitment to work, Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop employees, Proactivity, initiative, and an entrepreneurial mindset, Strong negotiation and organizational skills, Ability to make decisions and justify them in a rational and structured manner, Capability to consider quality topics within a broader company management context, Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, High level of stress resilience and ability to work under pressure, Working closely and communicating with other departments – Production, Sales, Logistics, Maintenance etc…, Open to travel in Poland (200 km perimeter) – 10-20% of the time, Usage of CI tools (Lean management, Six sigma, kaizen…), Polish – Fluent, English language proficiency: minimum B2 level, Experience managing a small team (4-5 employees, 3-shift system), Work schedule: Monday to Friday, Knowledge of SAP / S4Hana, Foresight and the ability to plan ahead and anticipate potential challenges, Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment, Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of different personalities and levels of expertise, Ability to build authority and trust through empathy and assertiveness
