Quality Manager - Automotive (m/f/d)

Zakres obowiązków Representing customer requirements within the production area and managing quality‑related topics. Maintaining continuous communication between the plant, customer units, and the customer service department. Coordinating information related to complaints, quality alerts, and customer feedback. Participating in internal quality issue analyses and supporting the implementation of corrective measures. Collaborating during customer audits and internal audits. Participating in APQP processes for new projects and monitoring ongoing production in line with quality KPIs. Preparing quality reports and documentation required for PPAP processes. Managing customer complaint processes within customer systems and operating relevant quality tools. Taking part in FMEA analyses and reviewing process documentation. Making decisions regarding production or shipment holds in situations of quality risk. Wymagania Strong knowledge of quality standards in the automotive industry. Minimum 3 years in a leadership position. Experience working with quality tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, PFMEA, EPC, and others. Practical knowledge of PPAP, APQP, complaint management, and audits. Ability to analyze technical drawings and product requirements. Nice to have: familiarity with systems and tools used by OEM customers. Knowledge of standards such as IATF 16949.
