Quality Junior/Specialist (M/K)

We are looking for two people for the following positions:

1. Quality Specialist (Sample production),

2. Quality Junior Specialist (Sample production).

Scope of duties:

*Support for research and development experts in conducting research and development projects

*Preparation of samples and materials for testing

*Participation in laboratory and technical testing

*Recording of test results

*Assistance in writing reports and summaries

*Laboratory organization and equipment management

*Supervision of product quality and production process

*Quality control of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products

*Identification and analysis of non-conformities

*Participation in corrective and preventive actions

*Cooperation with production departments in the area of quality improvement

*Quality document management

*Participation in internal and external audits

Requirements:

• *Higher or secondary technical education (preferred: quality management, production or related),

• *Ability to read technical documentation,

• *Good knowledge of MS Office,

• *Communicative level of English (required),

• *Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus,

  • *Experience in operating extruder/injection machines are welcome.

    • *People with no experience in quality but with experience in production machinery are welcome.

Until the end of March 2026, the work will be performed from a temporary office in Hnojník (Czech Republic) due to the construction of the plant in Pawłowice, which will be the final place of work from April 2026.
