Anforderungen
Higher technical education (preferred: Rzeszów University of Technology, majors: Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical and Process Engineering, Aviation or similar)., Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment (machining, assembly processes, chemical processes)., Good command of English (essential) – daily contact with the international team., Ability to apply FMEA risk analysis techniques and 8D problem solving., Ability to read technical drawings and knowledge of quality control tools., Professional maturity, team play, and decision-making skills.
