This is a great opportunity to grow your experience in procurement within a dynamic, international environment.YOUR TASKSPurchasing goods, materials, components, or services in line with agreed cost, quality, and delivery targets.Running RFQs and comparing received quotations to support optimal sourcing decisions.Selecting suppliers based on defined criteria to achieve the best commercial terms and conditions.Monitoring purchasing processes and proactively communicating risks and opportunities to stakeholders and other functions.Cooperating closely with peers and cross‑functional teams to support continuous process improvements.Managing purchase orders end‑to‑end, from purchase request creation and review, through order placement, to final delivery and payment.Building and maintaining positive, long‑term relationships with suppliers.Ensuring compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, procedures, process flows, DTPs, and relevant documentation.Supporting the vendor assessment process based on established criteria.YOUR PROFILEMinimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.A proactive, self‑driven mindset and motivation to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.Openness to learning, a hands‑on attitude, and willingness to take initiative.Very good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical skills with a problem‑solving approach and attention to detail.Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to set the right priorities.Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including pivot tables and complex formulas).Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field, with a fluent English (both, written and spoken).Willingness to work second shifts (15:00–23:00) approximately 40% of the time.NICE TO HAVE:Experience with sourcing and procurement systems such as Ariba, iValua, SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar tools will be an advantage.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
