Proven experience in procurement, supplier negotiation, and vendor management, Strong analytical and market research skills to evaluate supply chain trends, Proficiency in inventory management and cost optimization, Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining procurement records, Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to align purchasing with business goals, Familiarity with purchasing software or ERP systems is a plus, Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal, is highly preferred, Adaptability to a fast-paced, on-site work environment
