We value partnership, thoughtful architecture, and writing code we’re still proud of years later.What you’ll be doing 💻Leading the development of a large internal platform for one of our clients. The system supports inventory management, trading operations, and invoicing processes.Working closely with developers and stakeholders to turn business ideas into clear development plans and deliverable features.Planning scope, priorities, and timelines while keeping the team focused on delivering working solutions.Running projects in Agile and Fixed Price delivery models, depending on the project phase and client needs.Maintaining regular communication with the client and making sure expectations stay aligned with delivery.Identifying risks early and removing blockers so the team can keep moving forward.Supporting the team in improving collaboration, delivery flow, and overall project quality.The role is initially planned for a few months, with a strong possibility of extending the collaboration if the project continues as expected.What we’re looking for 🔍Minimum 3 years of experience managing software development projects (Mid /Senior).Experience delivering projects in Agile and Fixed Price models.Background in a software house, agency, or product-focused environment.Good understanding of how development teams work and how to translate business requirements into clear tasks and priorities.Ability to work closely with developers and clients without heavy processes or unnecessary bureaucracy.Strong ownership mindset – you care about delivering results, not just managing tickets.Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.English at C1 level – regular communication with international clients.Availability to partially work in US time zones when needed.Fluent Polish.What you get in return:70-100 PLN net/hYour preferred type of contract - B2B or UZ (for students)100% remote or hybrid work at our office in Gliwice.Experienced team - no corporate layers
