Client: IT center of International Biotech CompanyLocation: 100% remotely from Poland (possible occasional business travel)Rate: up to 18000 PLN per monthCooperation model: B2BStart date: ASAP Currently, we are looking for Project Manager / Organizational Change Manager for the IT division of one of the largest international pharmaceutical companies. As a Project Manager / Organizational Change Manager, you will be responsible for designing, executing and overseeing a complex program that enhances employee engagement and drives organizational excellence. You will work closely with leadership to translate business strategy into an annual roadmap of priorities, KPIs and budget. Your key responsibilities:-> Drive Strategic Initiatives: drive organization-wide programs and initiatives at the Leadership Team level to foster a high-performing culture and support operational excellence; -> Executive Partnership: act as a strategic advisor to executive leaders, translating long-term business ambitions into actionable priorities, KPIs, annual roadmaps and budgets;-> Project Execution & Governance: implement structured project management frameworks, processes and communication channels to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time and within scope;-> Analytics & Insights: monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement; -> Stakeholder Collaboration: collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, alignment and a seamless communication across all touchpoints;-> Annual & Monthly Planning: Oversee the execution of the annual roadmap and budget, reporting status, addressing risks and providing actionable recommendations to keep initiatives on track. Your skills and experiences:-> At least 5+ years of experience in project or program management and organizational change initiatives in complex organizations;-> Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile or ADKAR methodologies;-> Fluency in English (at least C1);-> Track record of leading enterprise-wide programs and working closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into KPIs, roadmaps and budgets;-> Data-driven mindset able to analyze metrics, risks and make recommendations;-> Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to communicate and partner with senior leaders and project teams;-> Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities, creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
