Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field., Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technical projects., Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or others., Minimum 5 years of experience in technical installation projects within the chemical industry., English: min. B2 level, Experience in greenfield and revamping projects - a strong asset., Proven track record of managing projects with a value of around €5M or more., Very good knowledge of Polish regulations and the local contractor market., PMP or Prince2 certification will be an added advantage.
