Project Manager

In this role, you focus on the operational execution of Data & Analytics projects. You support senior project managers and ensure efficient coordination of teams, tasks, and deliverables in an international delivery setup.
Manage work packages, sprints, and milestones.
Maintain project plans, backlogs, and status reporting.
Coordinate distributed and nearshore delivery teams.
Support capacity, budget, and timeline planning.
Prepare steering committee and management materials.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Experience in IT, data, or analytics project environments.
Solid understanding of project management fundamentals.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Fluent communication skills in English and Polish.
Openness to hybrid work and regular visits in Katowice office, once per month.
Willingness to travel to the client’s office in Lisbon.
Experience with agile delivery methods.
Experience in international project setups.
