Your responsibilities
- Working in an international environment and cooperation with global Clients
- Acting as a PMO-oriented Project Manager, with a strong focus on process design, optimization, and governance
- Develop and maintain project management standards, documentation, and frameworks
- Supporting delivery teams and stakeholders by improving ways of working, tools usage and cross-team cooperation
- Ensure compliance and quality standards in select projects (limited hands-on execution)
- Cooperation with internal departments to align processes, responsibilities, and tool usage across the production ecosystem
- Managing and developing project management tools
- Identifying bottlenecks and risks on a process and system level
- Introducing and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, scalability, and transparency
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and act as a methodology/tools expert
Our requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a PM, PMO, process, operations, delivery coordination or similar role
- Experience in running campaign assets production (offline & online)
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks, workflows, and governance models
- Experience in process analysis, optimization, and documentation
- Proficient with tools like Jira, Teams, Miro, and Smartsheet
- Project management agile methodologies knowledge
- Strong organizational skills and ability to build effective communication with stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose systemic solutions
- Autonomy and independence in decision-making
- Experience with production at scale or multi-market environments is a strong asset
- Ability to clearly and effectively present and explain complex business or technical processes to both internal and external teams
- Very good English language skills (must have prerequisite)
- Following trends in the world of digital marketing and new technologies
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Pro-activeness and solution-oriented approach in day-to-day work
