About the Client We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will join for a project for our client in wellbeing area. What will you do:Lead complex IT and digital transformation projects from initiation through delivery and benefits realization.Structure and drive advisory-style problem solving across business and technology domains.Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, system requirements, and governance structures.Coordinate and align cross-functional teams including business, IT, vendors, and system integrators.Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change across multiple workstreams.Establish effective project governance and facilitate decision-making workshops.What we are looking for:5+ years of experience in management, business, or technology consulting, with a strong background in leading IT or digital transformation initiatives.Proven ability to connect strategic business recommendations with practical IT delivery, supported by a solid understanding of operating models and business processes.Strong project management skills, including planning, governance, and risk/issue management across the full project lifecycle.Experience working directly with senior and executive stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, as well as practical experience using tools such as Confluence and JIRA.Highly organized, analytical, and proactive, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.Perks and benefits:Comprehensive benefits - enjoy Udemy for Business, private medical care, Multisport card, veterinary package, language lessons, and shopping vouchers.
