Project Management Officer (PMO)

As part of the PMO, you provide structure, transparency, and governance support for Data & Analytics programs. You enable effective project control through standardized processes, reporting, and coordination.
Support project planning, reporting, and documentation.
Track KPIs, milestones, and budgets.
Standardize templates, processes, and reporting structures.
Prepare dashboards, reports, and decision documents.
Coordinate communication across projects and stakeholders.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Experience in PMO or project coordination roles.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Experience with project management tools.
Fluent communication skills in English and Polish.
Openness to hybrid work and regular visits in Katowice office, once per month.
Willingness to travel to the client’s office in Lisbon.

Nice to have: experience in IT or data-related projects and familiarity with agile frameworks.
