Project Coordinator

Min. 3 years of experience in project coordination, product coordination, sales support, or a similar cross-functional role, Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project tools is an advantage, Min. 2 years of experience in an international company, preferably working across European markets, Experience working with product launches, market introduction, or commercial readiness is a clear advantage, Experience supporting local registration, reimbursement, listing, or country-specific market access processes is an advantage, Good at coordinating across functions and countries, Able to keep many activities moving at the same time without losing overview, Comfortable working with both commercial and technical stakeholders, Pragmatic and solution-oriented, Strong communication skills and able to work with teams across different cultures, Able to turn complexity into clear next steps
