APTVISION is a company offering innovative software in the medical sector, specialising in managing patient visits. Our radiology system is used in many hospitals and clinics across Europe, in countries such as England, Ireland, Hungary and Poland, and our online appointment booking system is the leading system in Northern Ireland for booking vaccinations. Due to the dynamic development of our company, we need to expand our team with more talented people!Overview of the roleA Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities related to projects and other initiatives with external and internal clients. This is a coordinating role and requires interaction with a range of stakeholders, most often managing deadlines of deliverables and introducing discipline to deliver on time.ResponsibilitiesCoordination of projects, new system functionalities or system implementations for external and internal clientsCoordination of activities of teams and units participating in a project or taskMonitoring work on the project/task, chasing individuals, escalating problems to prevent exceeding the agreed deadlinesCreating project plans, documenting tasks in JIRA and information for the clientCommunication with external and internal clients and being the point of contact between the company and the clientConducting status meetings with external and internal clientsClose cooperation with the product team, support team, developers and the clientAssistance in analysing and coordinating service areas with the clients you cooperate withRequirementsVery well organised with a strong ability to get things doneDetail-oriented and excellent communicationNot afraid to ask, push, escalate to keep the project moving forwardProven experience in managing projects is nice to haveFluent EnglishFluent SpanishGraduate with desire to work in coordination role in IT company We offerWide development opportunities in an international and rapidly growing organisationPossibility to work in English with international colleagues and clientsInternational travel opportunityParticipation in ambitious and innovative projects that improve the work of the medical sectorWork-life balance, flexible working hoursNon-wage benefits (including: Multisport card and group life insurance), good working atmosphere and integration meetings
