Programme Manager – Data Architecture & Management

Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated Programme Manager to lead data architecture and management initiatives. This role involves overseeing multiple data capabilities, ensuring programme delivery, and driving adoption of enterprise data solutions. You will work on high-profile projects that deliver measurable business value.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme Delivery & ExecutionLead delivery of multiple data management capabilities, aligning with roadmaps and adoption plans.Develop programme strategies and approaches, gaining stakeholder support for plans and changes.Manage reporting, governance, and benefits realization, tracking KPIs and objectives.Collaborate with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and PMOs to meet budget, schedule, scope, and benefits targets.Partner with Product Owners and technical teams for planning, forecasting, and resource management.Serve as escalation point for risks, issues, and dependencies, providing solutions and controlling scope.Use project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) to track deliverables, dashboards, and financials.Work with other Programme Managers to implement best practices and evolve delivery processes.Establish quality controls and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.Leadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor teams of project managers, business analysts, and other project resources.Set performance expectations, monitor progress, and ensure delivery excellence.Foster collaboration and accountability across global programme teams.Governance & CollaborationParticipate in programme and capability working groups to support governance and stakeholder engagement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic data architecture initiatives.Skills & ExperienceStrong experience in programme management, ideally in data management, analytics, or technology.Proven leadership of global, cross-functional teams.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage complex dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure successful programme delivery.Why JoinYou will be part of a dynamic team, driving strategic data initiatives that shape enterprise-wide architecture and deliver real business value.
