About the project

Your responsibilities

  • Own delivery execution within Data Management Services and maintain oversight of execution roadmaps and adoption plans.
  • Define and implement programme delivery strategies, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments, and changes.
  • Manage programme reporting, governance, and benefits realization in line with organizational frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and PMOs to ensure delivery commitments are met across budget, benefits, schedule, and scope.
  • Partner with Product Owners and Technology Teams in annual planning and forecasting processes.
  • Manage resource plans and serve as an escalation point for risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Utilize change management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) to establish dashboards and reports for financial health and performance tracking.
  • Implement effective controls, procedures, and quality assurance processes to ensure consistency and compliance with risk frameworks.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, setting performance expectations and monitoring progress.

Our requirements

  • Extensive programme management and delivery leadership experience, preferably within financial services.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex global programmes in a change environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and technology teams.
  • Ability to think strategically, manage complexity, and balance multiple priorities.
  • Experience applying Agile principles and practices to programme management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix organization influencing delivery across technology, data and change teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a solution-oriented approach.
