We are looking for a Product Support Specialist to support and maintain our web-based tools, including the Stock Locator and web forms. This role combines elements of web publishing, product support, and client communication, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working independently.In this position, you will ensure the tools operate correctly, assist clients with configuration and usage, and collaborate with internal teams when technical improvements or fixes are required.Key responsibilities:Providing day-to-day support for the Stock Locator tool used to display vehicle listings on websites and contact forms.Monitoring the correct functioning of the tool.Analyzing and resolving technical issues, including working with HTML, CSS, and JSON data structures.Supporting the configuration and maintenance of website components such as contact forms and related elements.Communicating with clients in English regarding support requests, updates, and troubleshooting.Working closely with internal teams to report issues and suggest improvements.Ensuring accuracy and consistency of displayed content and data.Requirements:Experience in product support, with a focus on configuring systems and independently resolving technical cases.Ability to read and understand HTML and CSS to troubleshoot front-end issues.Experience working with JSON structures.Fluency in both Polish and English (B2/C1).Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks from start to finish.Ability to manage direct client interactions and communicate technical concepts.Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and how web-based tools operate.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.Experience with task/ticket management systems.Availability to start by mid-April at the latest.What’s On Offer:Salary range: PLN 7000-10000 net+VAT for B2B contract.Opportunity to develop and improve your competences within interesting projects.Work in a well-coordinated team of specialists in their field.The opportunity to work with a global client and gain experience across diverse international markets.Flexible work setup: choose between our Warsaw office (Mokotów), hybrid, or fully remote with occasional office visits.Benefits package including medical coverage and a sports card.Occasional 'Pizza Fridays' and team-building events for integration.
