Product Owner

The organization operates more than one hundred applications and is embarking on a major initiative to modernize and upgrade its systems.Position overviewThe Product Owner will lead requirements definition, data product design, and stakeholder alignment across business and technical teams. This role ensures that data products, insights, and governance processes align with business objectives and are delivered with clarity and measurable value.ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering with business stakeholders, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and data use cases.Manage the backlog for data governance, data quality, data enrichment, and data insights workstreams.Define data products and participate in lifecycle management, prioritization, and adoption planning.Support the creation of data definitions, data contracts, and quality requirements.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and analytics teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.Facilitate stakeholder reviews, demonstrations, and value-tracking.RequirementsMinimum 5 years in business analysis, product ownership, or data-focused roles.Strong understanding of data lifecycle, data governance, and analytics workflows.Experience working with agile delivery teams.Excellent documentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
