Define and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for coding & marking equipment in line with company strategy, market trends and customer requirements.
Translate market needs into clear, prioritized product requirements and collaborate with System Engineering, R&D and Project Management to turn them into concrete developments.
Steer the lifecycle of existing products (positioning, pricing, differentiation, cost and quality improvements, obsolescence management, phase-out).
Monitor competitors, market trends and identify areas for differentiation or improvement.
Collect and formalize product requirements, build business cases and present proposals in governance bodies.
Collaborate closely with R&D, System Engineering and Project Management to ensure product requirements are translated into technical solutions.
Support Sales and distributors with product expertise and training.
Define and monitor KPIs of your portfolio performance, prepare regular product line reviews and contribute to process improvements.
Your profile
Master’s degree in Engineering or Business/Marketing with strong technical affinity
5+ years of experience in product management in an industrial B2B environment
Proven track record managing product lifecycle (roadmap, launches, improvements, phase-outs)
Strong understanding of product development processes and business case analysis
