Procurement Manager (f/m/x)

Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related discipline, Proven ability to manage multi-category strategies and complex initiatives, Leadership experience (team direction or major project leadership), Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, Experience with e‑sourcing tools (preferably Coupa) and Power BI, Good understanding of contract law and risk management, Fluent English, The possibility of hybrid work — 2–3 days per week from our Wroclaw office
