YOUR TASKS

  • You manage service providers responsible for complex online campaigns with a focus on email, as well as gamification features within the PAYBACK app
  • You take full end-to-end process responsibility, ensuring smooth operational execution as well as ongoing technical development and optimization of existing and new processes
  • Quality and incident management aren't foreign words to you-they motivate you to continually improve workflows and results
  • You independently develop solutions for new technologies or concepts and bring them to life
  • You work closely with internal and external interfaces, and your professional, confident communication helps you represent your position effectively

YOUR PROFILE

  • You combine marketing know-how with technical affinity and enjoy data- and process-oriented topics
  • You enjoy working in a team and look forward to taking on tasks dynamically and depending on the situation across different areas
  • You have experience in multichannel campaign management, CRM, or managing complex marketing campaigns
  • You like to independently dive into technical and process-related topics and enjoy documenting and sharing your knowledge in a structured way
  • Your strengths include analytical thinking, project management, and innovation
  • You hold a degree with a focus on business administration, marketing, IT, or a comparable qualification
  • Your German and English skills, both written and spoken, are excellent; additional language skills are a plus
