Process Engineer

Higher technical education – preferably in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields., Strong analytical and cause-and-effect thinking with a proactive, problem-solving attitude., Organizational skills, precision, and an uncompromised approach to quality and safety., Communicability and openness to new tasks, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team., English language at B2+ level, allowing for fluent work with technical documentation, scientific literature, and international guidelines., Practical knowledge of cGMP principles, EU GMP Annex 1 (Manufacture of Sterile Medicinal Products), and the specific requirements of the pharmaceutical/biotechnological industry., Hands-on experience with preparative chromatography, tangential flow filtration (TFF) / ultra-diafiltration, mRNA in vitro transcription (IVT), or LNP encapsulation.
