8 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products., Past experience in consumer facing ecommerce tech product management., Excellent strategic thinking, analytical and synthesising skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product plans., Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to advocate for the customer throughout the product development process., Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of various levels., Structured way of working., Exceptional communication and presentation skills (Polish and English min C1), with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
