The person in this role will be responsible for preparing and adapting the data layer for reporting purposes and for building the initial set of standard Power BI reports. This is a time-consuming, setup-focused role, with no requirement to build complex dashboards.ResponsibilitiesExtracting data from existing data sources (Excel, SQL)Adapting and adjusting existing SQL queries to the new data setupPreparing data outputs required for migration and further visualization in Power BISupporting the transition of data from the old to the new data modelLaying the groundwork for building standard Power BI reportsCreating the initial set of reports (without advanced logic or complex dashboards)Requirements (Must have)Mid-level experience in Power BI developmentSolid knowledge of SQL (working with existing queries and modifying them)Experience in data extractionAbility to prepare data for reporting and visualization purposes
