Plant Manager

Zakres obowiązków Management and continuous development of the entire production operation Reporting to the parent company abroad Ensuring quality, on-time delivery, cost targets, and adherence to schedules Implementation of Lean Manufacturing and efficiency improvement measures Optimization of production processes and value streams Capacity and resource planning Direct and indirect leadership of approximately 60 employees Management of production, engineering, quality, and administrative departments Development of mid-level management and leadership staff Establishment of a performance-oriented and motivating corporate culture Overall responsibility for the local legal entity Budget planning, forecasting, and cost control Analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) and derivation of improvement measures Investment planning and profitability analyses Cooperation with tax advisors, auditors, and the parent company Further development of the site within an international corporate group Support of customer projects and audits Close coordination with sales and key account management Strengthening and expanding the site's competitiveness Wymagania Higher technical education Several years of experience gained at a similar position, preferably in the electronics / automation industry Fluency in Polish and English or German Solid business administration knowledge (P&L, basic balance sheet principles, cash flow) Knowledge of Lean Management and process optimization tools, ERP systems, Quality management (e.g. ISO 9001) Strong leadership and communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset and approach Hands-on approach Decisiveness and assertiveness Oferujemy Stable employment in an international company offering the highest standards Company car Bonus system
