Plant Controller (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Support commercial decision-making: Advise plant management and functional departments on commercial and financial matters, while closely monitoring operational KPIs.
• Analyze performance: Compare actuals versus budget/forecast, derive corrective measures, and contribute insights in management meetings.
• Prepare reports and forecasts: Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as P&L forecasts as part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
• Manage operational planning: Coordinate and prepare the annual operational planning process for the plant.
• Evaluate investments: Review CAPEX requests, prepare payback and profitability analyses, and support the approval process.
• Ensure compliance: Monitor adherence to tax regulations and internal financial and governance guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Education: Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Experience: Solid experience in controlling, project controlling, or finance—ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Tools & systems: Confident user of Excel, SAP, and MS Word, with a solid understanding of cost accounting and audit requirements.
• Strengths: Strong analytical skills, a proactive and independent working style, team orientation, excellent communication skills, and confidence in negotiations.
• Languages: Very good written and spoken German and good English skills.
