A finance professional with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Business, or a related field (a Master’s degree in Business or Supply Chain is an advantage)., A minimum 5 years` experience in Plant Controlling within a manufacturing environment., A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to drive financial and operational efficiency., Strong expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a production setting., Hands-on, detail-oriented working style, with confidence in handling large data sets and performing financial modeling., Solid experience with SAP/S4HANA., A strategic thinker capable of providing insights and recommendations to optimize operations and support continues improvement., An effective communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and leadership., A self-driven professional who takes initiative, embraces new challenges, and contributes to business growth.
