Physical Access Control System Rollout Lead

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as the Physical Access Control System Rollout Lead. This role focuses on driving the implementation of the Physical Access Control System (PACS) from AXIOM to SiPass across 300-400 buildings, managing a total of over 4,000 readers. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system, and ensuring compliance with all technical requirements.Main ResponsibilitiesThe core duty involves overseeing the migration process of the access control system efficiently. Below are the key responsibilities: Planning, managing, and executing the migration of the access control system (ADK) from AXIOM to SiPass. Coordinating rollout with building owners, ensuring appropriate access rights and training for technicians. Collaborating with Siemens, installation partners, and internal stakeholders for a seamless rollout. Preparing and managing rollout schedules and timelines effectively. Conducting project risk assessments and managing them appropriately. Ensuring installations are executed in accordance with the clients specifications. Overseeing the configuration, testing, and commissioning of the new system. Managing documentation and handover processes to operations. Ensuring compliance with all security and compliance requirements. Managing financial aspects, including project budget adherence. Providing ongoing reports to the PACS project owner/lead. Key Requirements Experience as a project manager, preferably within security installations, IT, or other technical systems. Documented experience in implementing large-scale access control systems (1,000+ readers). Demonstrated success in implementing security systems in complex production environments, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector. Strong understanding of technical and IT concepts, with the ability to communicate effectively across different audiences. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proficiency in Danish and English. Highly organized, with a strong overview and the capability to steer projects to completion. Relevant educational background in project management, IT, or engineering (e.g., PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar certifications). Nice to Have Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in security projects. Familiarity with both traditional and modern access control technologies. Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in security systems. Other DetailsThis position requires the candidate to be onsite in DKBA five days a week or at sites in Denmark. Remote work is not an option.
