Anforderungen
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and ability to analyze and interpret data, Hands-on experience in analytics and optimization of Google Ads (SEM) campaigns, Experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns, Ability to identify ways to increase traffic, impressions, and conversions, Strong understanding of marketing KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate), Experience with Google Tag Manager and basic tracking/tag implementation, Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis, Knowledge of Hotjar will be an advantage, Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into optimization actions, Proactive attitude, independence, and results-oriented approach, Focus on cooperation, good communication and relationship building skills , Ability to work under time and result pressure in a dynamically changing environment , Good knowledge of English, min.C1 level, International experience / exposure and entertainment industry knowledge is a plus , Strong results and goal orientation with ability to adapt in fast and dynamic working environment and communicating with different stakeholders
