Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingCollaborating cross-functionally with teams to address under-performance and raise the talent barProviding pragmatic, commercially focused solutions in relation to talent management and business objectivesSupporting an environment of succession and growthWorking closely with teams on strategic aspects of employee satisfaction and development, including succession planning, career paths, and DEI initiativesPartnering with the wider HR and shared service teamsDeveloping positive working relationships across the businessWhat you'll needA bachelor’s or master’s degreeSolid experience in HR and/or continuous improvement in a people function, ideally in a fast-paced companyExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsDemonstrable experience in reviewing and developing internal talentFluency in EnglishNice to haveExperience in a startup and/or the tech industryGeneralist HR experience, including an understanding of the employee life-cycle, benefits, policies, etc.Fluency in other languagesCompensation rangePoland: PLN8,700 - PLN13,500 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
