People Ops Team Leader

This position will lead the centralization and harmonization of people operations processes across multiple jurisdictions, including Europe, Americas, APAC, and MENA regions.This role combines operational leadership with strategic transformation - ensuring that people operations are consistent, compliant, and efficient across all legal entities. The incumbent will design and implement standardized processes, build a high-performing global operations team, and lead change management initiatives to support continued growth as a multinational fintech organization.
