University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar, Formal U.K. Payroll Qualification, CIPP (Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), or equivalent, to manage complex U.K. legislative, statutory, and regulatory Payroll obligations, Formal U.K. Human Resources Qualification, CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) to manage complex U.K. HR, legislative and regulatory responsibilities, Minimum 5 years' work experience, specifically working within U.K. HR and Payroll, Knowledge about U.K. HR and Payroll processes, policies, U.K. benefits and taxation Rules, U.K. Pension Schemes, Fluent in English language, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, Responsible and proactive approach to work with brilliant communication skills, Ability to manage time effectively, organize and prioritize tasks independently, Positive, can-do mindset: collaborative, flexible, resourceful, and eager to learn and grow, Experience working with Microsoft Office packages and HCM systems, Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
