University degree in Human Resources, or equivalent experience, and good knowledge of Swedish labor law and work environment regulations, Has experience of qualified HR work, Has strong communication skills and can express themselves well in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing, Knowledge about Swedish: HR processes, policies, benefits and taxation Rules, Have experience from working in SAP (invoice handling), Responsible and proactive approach with solid communication skills, Ability to manage time effectively, organize and prioritize tasks independently, Positive, can-do mindset: collaborative, flexible, resourceful and eager to learn and grow, Experience working with Microsoft Office packages and HCM systems, Ability to always maintain confidentiality, Has a strong sense of structure, Enjoys working with change and improvement initiatives, Can work both independently and as part of a team
