Payroll Partner – Swedish or Finnish speaker

5-8 years of hands-on payroll experience supporting respective regions, preferably within a high-growth or multinational environment., Proven track record in a Shared Services (SSC) environment using a Global Vendor/Outsourced model., Strong proficiency in Workday (HCM/Time and system integrations) is highly preferred., Advanced ability to reconcile complex datasets and perform deep-dive audits on gross-to-net calculations., Resilience in the face of change, a "consultative" approach to vendor management, and the ability to navigate a carve-out/integration., Practical working proficiency in Swedish or Finnish.
